I had booked a flight ticket from HYDERABAD to GOA on 07/02/2021 at 19:21hrs. for my friend “RAJENDER PRASAD” The booking process was abruptly interrupted however, the amount of Rs.1829 was deducted from my credit card. I have received a phone call in a few minutes and I was informed that due to fair expiration, the transaction got cancelled and my amount would be refunded in 7-10 working days to its original mode of payment and subsequently I have also received a mail with a booking reference number “REF990183491” with the same above information.
It has been 23 days now and nothing happened, even today if I write a mail, I am getting the same reply that I will get my refund in 7-10 working days.
Kindly help me in getting my refund and also block the website permanently so that no one else would become a victim again.
