Booking REF. 469076087 :Flight ticket booked through Travolook on 30.11.2020, journey date 13.12.2020 ,from IXD to CCU and CCU to BBI. RS 5609/- deducted from my account soon after ticket was cancelled by travolook and amount is not refunded till date. even after several reminders through mail and phone call. TRAVOLOOK is absolutely a fraud group.Till few days back false assurances on mail were given that your refund has been initiated, but every thing was false and fabricated.Image Uploaded by Krishna Chandra Dubey:
