The travel company’s name is TRAVENTURE HOLIDAY PVT LTD and the GST number is 29AAICT2435R1ZL. I paid Rs. 169000 for 10 years tour package with one complimentary package. Now they closed the Bangalore office and if I call they told it’s shifted to Mysore I also called one manager Shiva he told he left his job and They told me to provide extra services also like a gym, yoga, spa, etc. I asked them multiple times to book the tickets and give them access to gym, yoga, and spa services. Every time they used to tell that will do it, they have never provided a single service. Now they are not responding to my call and e-mails. Please help to resolve this fraud.
Please help me to get my refund back.
