The travel company name is TRAVENTURE HOLDAY PVT LTD and GST number is 29AAICT2435R1ZL. I paid Rs. 75000 for 5 years tour package with one complimentary package. Now they closed banglore office and if I call they told it’s shifted to Mysore i also called one manager chethan he told he left job and They told me to provide extra services also like gym, yoga, spa, etc. I asked them multiple times to book the tickets and give access of gym, yoga, spa services. Everytime they used to tell that will do but they have never provided any single service. Now they are not responding to my call and e-mails. Please help to resolve this fraud.

This is Ashish from Bangalore and even I am facing the same issue.
I have paid for a 10-year package an amount of Rs 169000/- and facing the same issue.
1. Office is now shifted to Mysore and closed its branch in Bengaluru.
2. They are not attending to any of our calls properly.
3. Initially they made a lot of promises and now they are telling it is not available.
If anyone has any suggestions on this, please call me on 9742979246.
Same issue I am facing. I have also selected 10 year package and paid 1.30 Lac. I called the person who explained me about the packages. His name is Sunil and he says he has left the job and the Traventure holidays is shifted to Mysore.

I have also faced the same issue. They are such a scam. I would request everyone to also write a review on their new page which they have open as traventure Mysore. So that others don’t fall into this trap.
I have paid 56000/- now for 5 years package, seems like fraud and service response is poor. I have contacted them for booking services, they are not upto the promised words.
I have took 5 Years package at Traventure and i had contacted couple of times to book the slot of travel and provide access to SPA, Gym and other facility. Now, i don’t see the company, which was situated in Bangalore and not able to connect to them and even the Phone number is not working.

We took a 20-year package for 2Lakh, we are trying to reach them through emails and calls but they are not responding to any.
Even I ve also facing a same issue but I am mysoorian ,here is not traventure office .fraud company
