Dear sir/madam, 12.2.21 booked geetha travels at Coimbatore to kumbakonam, I use red bus website to book tickets at geetha travels, geetha travels received my payment and send the msg through ticket at 11.45pm boding pont at ondipudur sbi atm i am waiting 11.45pm no bus coming, I asked the person for geetha travels he is simply saying booking cancelled sir you go for another bus, I asked the person i pay the money and you allot the tickets but what’s wrong with you,, i am abset and this is illegal,, plz di the needful
