I Booked the ticket from hyderabad to medarametla in kkaveri travels on may 04 via abhi bus app. The jounrey is from hyderabad (21:50, 05 May, Friday) to Medarametla(4:45,6 May, Saturday). While booking the ticket from the abhi bus, the kkaveri travels mentioned the drop point as medarametla, that’s why I booked the ticket . My native place is not medarametla, I have to go to pamidipadu. So I thought the bus will enter into village and I will plan to step out at busstop and I will go my village pampidipadu by bus from medarametla bus stop.But the bus driver forced me to step down at medarametla bypass at 4:45 AM. That is a deserted road.With me my sister’s kid is there and too luggage.I asked him to drop at medarametla village instead of bypass. He opposed me to drop at busstop. He said that is no their responsibilty to drop me at medarametla .But in the app they didnot mentioned that the drop point is medarametla bypass. Simply they mentioned medarametla.That’s why I booked the app. The driver acted very irresponsible and careless. I called the helpline , but they didnot responded.I called the conductor and asked him about the isuue, He simply offed the phone.
I mentioned the disconnvienence in abhibus feedback form.But no useful. The bus and ticket details are mention in below attachement as a image.Please take necessary action and try to make them to change the drop point as medarametla bypass instead of medarametla , if they dont enter the medarametla village.
