I travelled from hyderabad (21:50, 05 may) to medaramelta(04:45 , 06 may). I booked the ticket from abhibus.While I am the booking the ticket from abhi bus the drop point they shown is Medametla. So the bus must and should will drop at medarametla village, but they forced me to step out at medarametla bypass instead of medarametla village. In the early morning nearly 4:45 am stepping out at he bypass is not safe bcz it is an desserted area. I am the only one lady with a small kid. I asked them to drop me at medarmetla, but the driver doesnt care and acted irresponisbily. So kindly I am requesting to the kkaveri travels, please mentioned that drop location is medarametla bypass or leave passengera at medarametla village. So we will know whether we will book the bus or not. On that day, I feel so uncomfortable to step down there. I called to bus conductor and helpline number, but no use.Please maintain your buses drop and pick up location detailedly.The bus details and service number are found in the below attachment.
