We made a booking for 3 tickets for flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 9th July 2021 and paid rs. 11909 (REF947632999). Website www travolook.in
The immediately called and informed that the ticket is not booked as airline increased the price. They needed more money. But I realised that something was not right and asked them to cancel the ticket and refund the amount. They said they will refund within 8-10 days but it has been more than one month and there is no update from them.
