I have been a victim of delayed/unresolved cancellation refund. I had booked a flight ticket through travelook.in on 2nd December and immediately after the money got debited, I received a message stating that ‘your ticket could not be booked as the prices have increased’. Thereafter I received an email confirming the cancellation and the refund of the deducted amount. Till date I have not received the amount, I have been chasing them for my refund. All sorts of silly reasons are being peddled, reasons like ‘Ours is an American company due to Christmas holidays the transactions are not happening’ this reason was being given in the entire December month then they said that “We understand that there was a delay, now the refund has been processed and will be credited into your account within 7 working days’ this went on for the entire month of January 2021, then in February they said “your bank is rejecting the funds so we are trying to send part amount and it will happen in 7 working days’ this 7 working days is not yet completed for them.

On 16 Feb. 2021, I tried to book a ticket on Travolook from Srinagar to Kolkata with REF176204570
, whose departure date was 07 May 2021. But they mailed me that booking cancelled due to fare expiration. Then after for refund I continuously emailed them and tried to contact as they have notified only one contact number, which doesn’t connect. I am requesting concerned higher authority to help me to get back my refund amount.
