I have booked the two tickets worth Rs 5178/- from travelook from Pune to Delhi and return ticket from Delhi to Pune but travelook said your ticket has not been confirmed due to airline now I am chasing them regular basis and some customer care executives said your refund initiated and some customer care executives said its under process, its seem to be a cyber fraud with me after these types of equivocated talks and see the reviews, I am not able to understand that how I shall get money back worth Rs 5178/-
