I booked a ticket on 14 March 2021 for the journey from Nagpur to Bangalore.
Travelook canceled my booking by saying that fair has been raised by the company last minute. They assured that refund will be done with in 21 working days but not recevied till today i.e. 27 August 2021. They are saying that SBI is declining the process so they are unable to refund the money in account. I told them i will provide other accounts details transfer the money in that account. It seems they don’t want to return the money.
