They created a payment gateway, once your money is deducted, but ticket will not be booked, it will be cancelled. Firstly, I booked a ticket and that flight was cancelled, airline company sent the money next day to this travel agency. Even after 46 days they haven’t refunded money to me and customer support team always told that not received money from airlines.
