I bought flight returned tickets, for 3 people, and one of them died 7 days before departure. I got the going ticket refunded after 7 days of submission, approved by the airline’s (Qatar) although we had revised death certificate because it was typo made by the local government. However the returns ticket is still not been approved allegedly the airlines reviewing the submission, until now. At first after waiting 90days Traveloka just realised the death certificate they submitted was the wrong one, which made me lost my time, and because of Traveloka failed to check periodically, it only knew the mistake after 90 days waiting. Now the second time submission already 20 days on process still no progress. Although the ticket is refundable, doesn’t mean Traveloka will return your money. Be aware.
