I booked a ticket from HYD to BBSR on 15th Oct 2021. it was confirmed and after sometime, i did not get the ticket details while calling the customer care they said sir it has been cancelled and you will get a refund within 7 working days. since then i am following up daily by email and calling them and no positive response.
These guys are cheating innocent people and requesting you to take some action on these website and help me to get the refund of 2378/-
