http://Sir/Ma’am on 11may2021 I booked online air ticket of GOAIR
through travellook company page,as shown by google at top most;the amount was deducted immediately from my credit card (6730)but I haven’t got any booing confirmation however on the same page one refrence booking id was shown which i have mention in the page below. I tried their given customer care number(1246434800) but no one responded .Later i got a call from a lady 7626973768 stating the ticket got cancelled because of some operational issues of GoAir.
later i have read many reviews and found it is a fraud company stating same illogical reason to many customers.yet no action taken against the company.
i request the consumer complaints court to take necessary action against this fraud company so that in future the hard etarned money of innocent customers can be Saved from their trap.
