Travelled in Atlas bus on 14-Dec-2018 at 8.45pm from Madiwala. But PayTM care is confirmed, I availed journey in Saffari travel bus on 14-Dec-18 at 10PM. Paytm and Saffari travels are denied to refund our money.

Hi Team,

My Wife has booked bus ticket through paytm for me to travel from Madiwala to Aluva. Bus operator : Saffari travel, paytm order no : 6596007095 and boarding time 10pm. We have called the paytm customer case on 14-dec-2018 around 7PM, we don’t get any boarding message details from safari travels. Also in paytm ticket the boarding location mentioned in madiwala, there was no landmark mentioned in ticket. Paytm care tried to contact the safari travels they couldn’t contact to their bus partner. So paytm customer care told me, please book alternative bus ticket, we will refund the safari travels bus ticket(order no : 6596007095 ) amount fully.

So I have booked new alternative bus ticket on 14-dec-2018 through my paytm account , alternative bus operator : Atlas travels, paytm order no : 6784096425, boarding time 8.45pm from Madiwala. I got the boarding detail message to my mobile as well. I travelled in this Atlas bus only.

We have mailed entire details to paytm still my wife didn’t receive the full refund amount for the safari travel bus ticket (order no : 6596007095 ). Still paytm is mailing like, you have availed the journey in Saffari travel on 14-Dec-2018. But Paytm is not ready to check about my journey confirmation with Atlas travels. I didn’t see the safari travel bus, how could I travelled in both the buses on 14-dec-2018(8.45pm – Atlas bus, 10pm – Saffari bus)?

We need our refund money from safari travels (order no : 6596007095 ). we have all mails and proofs. from last one week I am calling paytm no proper solution for this one. I am attaching the two bus tickets and message screenshots and mail conversation(we have more mails we will submit those as well). Why this bus operator is cheating us ? why paytm is supporting their bus partners instead of customers?  We need justice for this case.

I am attaching here safari and atlas travels bus tickets in image format. Please take action on this bus operator, I will give all the proofs. Thank you
