TRAVELGENIO,
I have called customer service and he told me that my refund is on process but why when i called emirates airline ( passenger name: RIALYN PARICO) they told me that there were no request for refund under my booking?
Are u trying to cheat on me and other people who trusted ur company without any regrets even though ur company is not on the same country we are residing? You are not even afraid that God can sew u what ur doing to us? Pandemic is everywhere and everyone needs the money to support our families back home.
Prove to us that u are a trusted company not cheating on the money which is not coming from your sweat. We worked hard to earn that money so please have feelings to return it to us

      1. Travelgenio are stalling they say they have proceeded to get a refund from the airline — But the airlines have heard NOTHING from them. I have checked with many complainants it is always the same result nothing from travelgenio except the standard —- of course we will help – send us an email !!! Rubbish.
