Hello,
The lawyer contacted Travelgenio concerning returned of my taxes.
The 1st reply of Travelgenio in short “we don’t have to pay anything”
After the lawyer of Lux customer service contacted them saying that they should return my taxes according to EU law.

We regret to inform you there are only 18 EUR as tax which are refundable and our administration fees are 30 EUR.
