I booked my flight from Paris to Prague through Travelgenio on the 13/02/2020. The flight was cancelled by the airline due to coronavirus outbreak.
On contacting the airline they confirmed that the full amount will be refunded but it will have to collected via the agency I booked.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with travelgenio since May 20, and haven’t received any response yet. On calling the contact number provided, it gets redirected to an automated response that doesn’t even work.
