I booked tickets to Thailand for myself and my sweetheart. We purchased the refund insurance and needed to use it due to sudden health issues. We submitted all the necessary documents including a doctor’s note and were then informed by the website that we would hear from customer service in 2 business days and have our refund in 15 business days. It have been over six weeks and I can’t get any information from them about our refund. I am stuck in a loop of requesting information, and being told by a form email that they are not able to provide information. I wish I had done research on this “travel agency” and it would have been abundantly clear that they have a history of stealing from their customers.
