We have got call from agent and got invoice and completed full payment . The moment payment done and passport details added in the system we got response that hotel is not available .
We have to travel in next 5 days and TT is not responding and not returning our money .
They are providing alternate with high price .
They have cheated us and took 1.38 lakhs .
