Hi Team,

My Complaint is for travolook travel agency, as i booked round ticket from pune to jaipur on 6th oct 2021 but due to pune airport closed during 16th oct to 30 oct. hence need to cancel my flight booking. since 6th oct i was continously cheasing with agancy for refund process but everytime they are giving same statement as refund is not received from airlines.
even i attached the screenshot of airlines completed the refund process and amount has been sent to agancy.
please provide me guidelines what next action need to took to get my refund.
