I booked a flight ticket with travolook.in on Feb23rd and also canceled the ticket same day. I waited for more than month now, i have yet not get the refund. Since then i have been calling the customer care every day and it is said that i will get the refund within 7days. I asked the executive to connect the call to the manager but everyone disconnects my call stating they are not authorize to transfer my call.
