I booked a flight ticket with travolook.in on Feb25th and also canceled the ticket very next day. I waited for a week but didnt get the refund. Since then i have been calling the customer care every day and it is said that i will get the refund within 7days. I asked the executive to connect the call to the manager but everyone disconnects my call stating they are not authorize to transfer my call. Is the company fraud? Which customer support dont have the option of transferring the call? Ayesha pooja richa are the employees who receives the calls and disconnects them post listening to my voice and conversation. I havent received my amount even after lapse of 1month. I have been waiting for my call to be answered and are also disconnected accordingly. I want to proceed legally
