I used this website “travolook.in” to book my air ticket on 31st Aug’21 vide booking reference number : REF927722228. Just as the payment was done, they called me saying that the price of the ticket got changed as a result of which PNR was not generated. They said that they would initiate a refund in my bank account from where the said amount was paid. However, even after more than one month, the amount is yet to be refunded. Whenever I called up their helpline the standard response they used to give is that the amount would get credited in my bank account in the next 7 to 10 days, but unfortunately, even after 35 days the amount has not been credited.
