I have booked bus ticket online at travel point bus site. I was allotted seat D lower sleeper berth.the bus timing for departure was 1600hrs on 02 dec23.when i reached at pickup point, all the bus staff were trying to confuse me and finally they told to to take upper sleeper at the rear side.they told if u want lower then wait for 1-2hrs otherwise go in this bus.i am a defence personnel and my time is very defined.finally i seated in worst condition bus where charging socket and sleeper condition was very poor and dirty.i have paid seeing the bus pic uploaded on the site so this is the case of misleading the passengers and making them fool.the bus staff have taken 100 rupees for putting the luggage in bus.please take strict action against the bus company and in terms of compensation my amount should be refunded to me. The pic of bus should be exactly matched while booking the bus seat.the bus number and seat number should be alloted while booking the seat online to avoid the bus staff dictatorship.i am fully harassed with this situation.
