I have booked a flight from Jaipur to Goa on October 18 2021 using this website Travel look, my first booking got cancelled and someone from their team called me and stating that I can book another flight and amount of the cancelled ticket will be refunded.
After going back and forth over emails it has been more than 1 month and still they have not refunded my money giving some random excuses
