Hi,
My booking canceled by travelook with booking reference # REF541081061 dated April 13 2021 and ticket got canceled due to operation issue from travel look.
After a week I called customer care 0124-643-4800 and mail on support@travolook.in and said you need to wait 15 working day and amount will be credited back to your account ..Have waited for 15 working day but no luck hence gain called they said will log internal complaint#8093443 and it be credited back to your account in 7 days …but still not refunded..
After a month past but still I haven’t received my refund, Could you please let me know the latest refund status and by when it will be credit back to my account.
Please help or suggest me to get my refund from travellook..thanks
