I have booked an air ticket from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 25th July 2021 through their site at https://www.travolook.in/
Immediately after booking I got a call saying the booking didn’t get through due to some operational reasons. I was promised money refund in 10 to 15 days. The 15days become 15 working days i.e 3 weeks. This is when fun started. Everytime I call them and ask about refund they promise to refund in 7 to 10 days and it never got realized. Its about more than 45 days now and I started realizing that these guys are upcto something. till now did not receive the amount.
kindly help to refund my amount.
