I booked a flight for my parents for 26th oct 14:45 Indigo Mumbai to Delhi and 5th Nov Delhi to Mumbai 11:55 Airasia both refundable tickets
Whereas when I got the tickets it was 26th 23:50 pm Mumbai to Delhi GoAir and Delhi to Mumbai 22:50 Go Air
Now when I called customer Care and written main to them they are saying it’s non refundable and I will not get anything in return
It’s a clear case of fraud
