We are group of 5 people travelling from pune to Nagpur from zing bus on 16th august 2024 at 10.10 pm we left from pune , 12 o clock driver stopped bus for food and from 12 o clock to 4 o clock we are stuck here 50km away from pune due to bus breakdown, no one is bother about safety for the girls no alternative provides to us from zing bus 4hours they wasted our time by saying will repair it soon but again no positive response we get from the driver as well as zing bus . And after waiting for 4 hours now they are saying go back urself as we cannot do anything not even they are providing us any other vehicle to go back . We have a connecting flight tomorrow but now we lost our flight too I want to make a complaint against zing bus and I want compensation amount for loss of our time and our flight tickets too . Also without back up plan this buses should not get the license to provide travel services
