He’s a big-time scammer and fraud, don’t fall into such traps – they’re big-time deceivers . I had taken a membership with your organization (previously named Grand Royal Taj Club International Pvt Ltd, now renamed Park Club International) on 22/11/23. My application number is XXXX and Membership Number is GRTCI: XXXX. Despite the benefits promised at the time of taking the membership, you have not delivered them. Even after making repeated phone calls and sending messages, I have not received any booking. Rishabh, who is your sales person, had given me a written assurance in the email that there would be no annual membership charges and that I could get bookings in any session/season. However, whenever I have attempted to make a booking, Ahmed informs me that there are currently season running for which I would need to pay extra charges. Additionally, I have been asked to pay AMC charges which is completely false. As per my package, I am entitled to stay in 4-star and 5-star resorts with breakfast and dinner included, but this has not been provided to me, which is a form of cheating.
Up to now, I have used 3 nights from your package. In Sasan Gir, you provided me with breakfast and dinner. However, in Nainital (on 09-06-2024, for one night), I was told that since it was during a season, you could not provide breakfast or dinner, which is completely different from my membership plan. Additionally, you did not provide me with any 4-star or 5-star properties, which is very disappointing.
I recently tried to book a stay in Sasan for 14-Jan-25, but Ahmed informed me that I need to pay utility charges as it is the peak season. Furthermore, despite trying to reach out via phone and message for last 10 days, I have received no response. If this is the level of service provided, I no longer want your membership and request that you refund my money.
I am also attaching the commitment given by you at the time of purchase.
Therefore, i constrained to take legal action against you due to gross negligence in customer’s service etc. PLEASE DON’T DONT ,DONT TAKE ANY MEMBERSHIP
I urge all individuals who have been deceived by this fraudster to come forward and pursue appropriate legal action
