I booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Chandigarh.
PNR: 2412059. When I reached to the bus they saw my bag and said that I will have to pay 500/- rs. extra for my luggage.
Nowhere I found the travel policy that passenger will travel without their luggage.
I will never suggest to go for Nuego booking.
