We booked a package for Manali with Travel Triangle who assigned us an agent from Bhavesh Holidays (Vikas). Vikas’s employee Nirmala sent us a package worth Rs. 19,000 which included Atal Tunnel & Sissu stroll as well, Vikas confirmed this package on call and we booked the package by paying Rs. 3600 in advance but once we reached Manali, Vikas changed from his words and told us that they will not take us Atal Tunnel & Sissu, he denied the promises he made and wasn’t ready to accept the screenshots we were showing him. He treated us very rudely and wasn’t receiving our calls or replying to our messages. Since he was connected with the hotel staff, (hotel red apple, manali) he told them to collect money from us and they started humiliating us saying we won’t let you go unless you pay the amount in cash. We tried connecting with Travel Triangle (Manish & Rohit) but they said they can’t do anything since it’s not in the mail. Vikas didn’t even arrange our return tickets on time and we had to manage it ourselves. In an unknown city we were humiliated and disrespected just because of a fraudster, we want strict action against them.

Pehle apko Without Atul Tunel Itinerary share ki humne then apke Atul Tunel Sissu Add karaya…. Then budget jada hone ke karan apke husband Mr. Namit G ne Bola hum with sissu hi package lenge aap final karo mene kara diya final package, Nirmla se koi Bat hi nhi hui apki Pura Package mene final kiya tha apka… Delhi ane ke bad aap bolte wo Cab Hame Airport Lene nhi ayi Kaun se Volvo ke package me Cab lene ati hai…. Written me bola hai apko own cost par ana hota hai volvo stand par uske bad aap Gurudware Par Cab se utre and Volvo Fly over ke Niche khadi thi usme me agent ki galti hai ki fly over ke niche bus kyu khadi hai me yaha hu to 1 darama ye kiya apne…. Next Manali Jakar aap bolte ho season time me ki muje early morning check in karao Jabki Voucher me mention kiya tha mene check in Time 12PM and Check out Time 11AM hai waha bhi apke darama kiya ki me payment nhi dunga muje 8 Bje check inn karao Phir bhi apko mene 10 Bje tak check inn dila diya. 3rd Sham ko ghumne ka time 8 Bje tak ka hota hai Driver ko apne 10 Bje free kiya Phir bhi driver ne apse paise nhi mange over Time ke… 4th 2nd day Solang tak hamne package me include tha waha jakar aap bolte ho Mene to sissu ke paise bhi diye hai apko Sissu bhi karao muje jabki Booking ke time apne bola tha budget jada jaa raha hai waha jakar dekhte hai to sissu kaise karata apko me and aap bar bar muje Sissu wali itnerary share karke bol rahe ho ye apne add kiya tha isme jo mene add kiya tha to Amount bhi to pay karo uska company pay kyu karegi apka Amount…… Hosiyari 1 Limite tak hi chalti hai…………. 4th Day aap hotel se muje bina btaye check our kar gye 3500 Lekar aap bhage ho hamara uske bad bhi hume hi wrong hai….. Ma’am aap jaise kuch client or aa jaye to maybe company hi close karni pad jaye bande ko…… Itna luxury sab kuch chahiye to paise bhi kharch karne hote hai Booking amount kisto me pay kiya tha apne shauk apke carorpati wale hai Jitni chadar ho insan ko utne hi per felane chahiye show off karke kuch hasil nhi hot….. Insan ko dusro ko fraud bolne se pehle apne andar Dekhna Chahiye hum kya kar rahe hai hume khud kaise hai…. Chor to aap jo hamare 3500 Lekar Bhage and Driver ke 2500 Sissu ke total 6000 ka loss karaya hai apne apni Booking me
