I used site ‘”Travolook” to book flight tickets. They took money and sent an email that ticket will be confirmed within 30 mins. But in 10mins I got a call saying ticket could not be confirmed because of technical glitch and I will get a refund within 10-15 days. They do not answer my calls now, it goes on never ending waiting and gets disconnected after some time.
