I had tried to book flight tickets from website travolook.in on 01-02-2022. The payment got processed but tickets didn’t generate due to some fare difference during the booking as stated by TRAVOLOOK support team. So I chose to cancel the booking and generate the refund, but it’s been more than 10 working days and refund has not been credited to my bank account. Details of the booking are as follows: Booking reference number: REF128934312 Booking amount: Rs. 13546.00 Date of booking: 01-02-2022
