I have paid Rs. 18,000 to M/s. Fine Yatra Tours and Travels, 769, Spencer Plaza, Shop No 30, Chennai 2 (98408 16508/86819 26222/90920 26222) during the year 2020 for travel to Kashmir on LTC, being a Govt of India employee. Due to corona outbreak, flights cancelled but the tour operator is not returning the money. Its more than three years, no response. Will the authorities take immediate action.
