I had book a trip for Gokarna and paid full amount of 4900 to BCF guys (+91 88861 23408) via google pay. After paying the amount, he started giving Rs 600 discount. When I asked for the discount, the guy said it is not applicable for you and YOU CANNOT QUESTION ME IN DISCOUNT. and started yelling at me
When asked to return back my money, he said he (+918886123408) cannot return the money as well. The trip was scheduled on Saturday (24th Oct) till now he haven’t booked any bus or hotel nor shared any receipts with me on the same. The travel agent saying he will not refund a single penny also.
