I booked 2 flight through Travolook but due to covid flight got cancelled. And airline already refunded my full money to the travolook but its more then 2 months travolook not giving my money back. I called them daily and their executive give false commitment every time. From the last 22 days they are saying that i will receive my money in next 2 days but still i do not receive my money. Again i called today now their executive told me it will take 6 more working days. I think this company is scam and they are playing with customer money.
Mail done to travolook to give my refund for Air india and indigo on 19 may 2021 and 23 may 2021 respectively.
