I am having a trip plan in Sikkim from 21st October to 23rd October 2022.
For which I searched a travel agent in Just dial ,i got RK travels from Gangtok,Sikkim. I took the mobile number (+91-7947070200) listed in Just dial .

The person named Mahesh Purty picked up the call i share my requirement. He quoted total Rs 16000 for entire trip.
Then he messaged me on WhatsApp, please give Rs 5000 as advance and rest 11000 you need to pay after the trip.
After that as I feel Just dial is a genuine website so i transferred Rs 5000 to his bank account through UPI.

I had to follow up several times to send me the invoice of Rs 5000 which I paid as advance. First he gave many excuses and after multiple follow ups he sent an invoice a day later with advance mentioned as Rs 8000. On asking why he has mentioned advance as Rs 8000 instead of 5000. He told that he will explain later.
A day later he asked for Rs 3000 more, then i said earlier you said Rs 5000 which we already paid now again you are demanding.
He said 4000 is for permit from government; then we asked him to share the money receipts of the same . He said there is no charges ,he used his internal links to get it so there is no money receipts.
We asked him to share his aadhar card ,once he shared his aadhar card we tried to verify his aadhar number on government uidai portal.
The portal said invalid aadhar number, on taking closer look at his aadhar card you can see that the spelling of INDIA itself is not correct in both front and back side, then we are confident that Mr Mahesh Purty the proprietor listed in Just Dial is a fraud who looks like a seasoned fraudulent.
So then we decided to ask him return our advance we are not interested to take his cab.
He said i will not give any return ,do whatever you can.
I attached here the money transfer to his account,what’s app chat and his aadhar card .
I request Just dial , please get my hard earned money from this fraud,otherwise i will go to consumer court against Just dial as well as Mahesh Purty.
