I have booked my ticket on 15 Jan 2023 from Guwahati to New Delhi for 20 Jan 2023 via Varafi who provided invalid PNR.I talked to the varafi customer care, they told me its a promotional fare ticket which will be confirmed before 24 hours of the journey and incase ticket is aborted i will get the refund within 7 days. Before 2 days of the schduled journey I got a call that the journey is aborted and the money has been refunded and will be recieve within 7 days..Its more than 7days now and no response from the customer care service of varafi..Please help me to get my money back..Be aware everyone from these fraud travel agency..
