we had booked an Air Asia Flight ticket ( Goa- bangalore) for 31 Dec, 2021 and got the same cancelled under the refundable option (Reference No. -REF 298680878 )with travolook.in
Its been 3 months but Despite of numerous requests and complaints, the amount has yet not been refunded.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer care services being rendered by the concerned travel agency.(TRAVOLOOK.IN)
Even after calling them numerous times the company is misbehaving badly and not returning our money back and doing many frauds with many people around.
Request you to look into the matter and let me know for further clarification.
