Text of Complaint by Ara Rabaya:

I booked a local travel for two at Fulham Travel Tour. They told me that they will give instructions 2 days before the travel, but I didn’t receive any. I called them a day before the scheduled flight. They told me that flights were cancelled due to pandemic surge and that they forgot to inform me earlier. I asked the agent to refund one flight and to rebook the other. The agent told me that the refund will take 15 days. It’s almost a month now and I have not received the refund. I also can’t rebook the other flight because they are no longer answering my emails or my calls.
