Ibooked the flight from Travolook on 1st of feb from imphal to Delhi with reference ID -REF515935054 The money Rs. 4159 got debited but the flight ticket got cancelled immediately from the website end. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 7-10 days but it has been more then 20 days now , still there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless, cheated and irritating
