We booked flight from bangalore to kolhapur on 13 march 2022 from travalook website. They cancelled the booking after deduction of amount 8284 INR , the amount has not been refunded till date. I have called and mailed multiple times to travolook support, but no refund has been initiated or received. The booking reference id is :- REF770455788. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful. PFA- necessary documents.
