I have booked a flight ticket from Travolook. I received an email saying your flight booking is under progress, (Reference number : REF210230177). It will take about 30 minutes. The amount has been debited from my account. After 5 minutes, I received an email saying your booking was cancelled due to fare expiration. I have called the customer care number many times. I have emailed them many times but I didn’t receive refund.
I later did a bit of research and found out they have done this to many people. People didn’t receive their refund. It is a scam site.
Please look into this matter. I want my money back.
