I have booked a flight on 07th april and 11may. which was cancelled by travalook company and they told me that my refund will be initiated within 10-15 working days. But I have not received my money yet. I have talk to their costumer care representatives and wrote them many emails and acknowledge them with this issue but it has been more than 35days yet I am unable to get my money back
