Booked ticket on January 14th from Hyderabad to Chennai via Travalook, but ticket couldn’t get booked.
Called them multiple times, each time they say a date and repeat that within this date it will be processed. Every time I called after that, the same thing repeats, they don’t even provide a valid excuse for the delay, they keep incrementing the date, this is very frustrating.
