I started working for a data entry company – DATA SOFT TECHNOLOGY, AHEMADNAGAR,MAHARASHTRA,PUNE RD…phn no.- 9642945824.

Sir .I tried to complete the work within 10 days . but they give such a big load of work .that I kept working day in and out ..skipping my meals ..still I could not .

And 1 full day there was error displaying while saving the forms. I gave one pic of the error to the helpline..whole night and next whole day I kept .asking about what to do .but no reply .from the helpline ..

And next day they stuckked up my login .sayin it will be done within 5 minutes .but .it happened after 4 hours.

I had to type 200 forms again.

Now they are sending the emails .and legal letters to pay 4000/- +1500/- cancellation charges.

Or eslee more I will have to pay .

Where as in the agreement no where it’s mentioned that this amount will be increased with time .or .u have a time limit to pay 4k .

And I am a student .so I couldn’t make out ..I showed the aggrement letter to some of my seniors .they told.that the agreement letter is itself fake .

There is no sign of first party neither second party .neither there is sign of mine .

And now they are sending me mails of legaletters with no name of the advocate .but there is stamp .on the bottom .

So I am not able to make out whether it is real legal letter or fake one.

Plz sir .take some action .or else they are mentally harassing me.
