Dear team,
My name is Sudhir kumar son of rajbir singh and i am a government employee.My permanent address is HOUSE NO 1068, GALI NO 3,
SHANKAR GARDEN, BAHADURGARH,
BAHADURGARH, JHAJJAR, BAHADURGARH,
HARYANA, INDIA, 124507.
My concern is that i had mailed to transunion 4 times just to provide my username and temporary password so that i can log in into my portal. Because there are multiple loans shown in my cibil report which doesn’t belong to me. I can only solve the issue if i am having access to my cibil profile. But transunion is not handling the issue seriously. As it is just a matter of 2 minutes to verify my details but they are not doing so. I am attaching my cibil report in the attachment just to make you inform that how much wrong entries are shown in my cibil. I hardly have 6 or 7 loans and it is showing 87 of total which doesn’t belong to me.
Please forward the issue to them if you could. Help me sorting out the issue if you could.
